The ANCMA or the Italian Manufacturers Association of Bicycles, Motorcycles and Accessories, was founded in 1914 and will be celebrating their 100th anniversary in just a few years. The Association is the leading Industry Association in Europe and is the owner and manager of the EICMA show in Milan, Italy. The ANCMA is a not-for-profit association and is one of the top sources for statistics on the European Motorcycle Market. All the proceeds from the Milan Show which the association owns and manages, go towards the promotion of bicycles and motorcycles. The ANCMA’s lobbying activities are also international in scope; the association represents their members’ interests in both Rome and Brussells and participates in many international forums for the promotion of the two-wheeled industry around the world. This year, the ANCMA/EICMA announced a new Joint Venture in China to present the first edition of EICMA CHINA in April 2009.
