Founded in 1981, based on a strong professional knowledge over bicycles, Bike Machinery begins with a background of technical experience acquired in various sectors: mechanical, pneumatic, electric, oleodynamic, electronic.
Since 1981 the Company work hard to improve and innovate, with the latest technology, the production of bicycle.
From the beginning the Firm's philosophy is "quality and service"; advanced technology solutions, turn-key project technical assistance and excellent after-sale service are the visit cards of Bike Machinery.
A dinamic and efficient experienced staff is at the service of the bicycle constructor and partecipates to the various innovations of the bicycle fashion and model in the last years.
The confidence of the Customers is confirmed by the facts: about the 90% of the production is exported worldwide in more than 60 Countries with more than 1000 Customers.
In the last few years, Clients that manufacture pipes in other sectors have approached Bike Machinery, they recognise the validity of the product, they buy standard machines and they request machines for special production.
From this requirement, the idea of integrating/diversifying the existing product was developed: and it is from this experience that Bike Machinery first collaborated and then integrated into its organisation MAS srl, a company specialised in manufacturing pipes in general. The products developed by this second branch of the company are hydraulic units, loading and transfer machines.
The consolidation of the two experiences gave Bike Machinery the immediate opportunity of creating a niche in this new sector of the market. Metal furniture manufacturers, the automobile sector, manufacturerts of sporting, camping, clothes horse, baby, building, bed, sofa, radiator, stairs and lawnmower products etcÖ etcÖ have approaced Bike Machinery to design and buy special and specific machinery.
The success in these new sectors has been immediate. The Italian and, above all, the foreign markets have immediately confirmed their appreciation of the product and the method of working developed by Bike Machinery.
